Hallo sahabat-sahabat TK Strada John Berchmans yang hebat, salam sehat. Kali ini kita akan menyimak lagi berita yang membuat kita lebih semangat dan mengajak kita untuk menjaga Kesehatan jasmani dan rohani kita sahabat, kegiatan apa ya? Yuk kita ikuti!

Hari ini, Kamis, 09 September 2021, anak-anak bersama mama atau papa, juga bu guru melaksanakan senam “Sehat Ceria” sebagai lambang mencintai budaya bangsa kita Indonesia tercinta. Lagu pada senam tersebut menggambarkan tentang identitas bangsa Indonesia dengan lambangnya burung Garuda yang gagah dan kuat.

Kegagahan burung Garuda diharapkan menginspirasi anak-anak untuk selalu hebat, semangat, rajin belajar, dan mau berjuang dengan meneladan guru-gurunya yang dianggap sebagai idolanya. Music senam pengiringmya juga memberikan nuansa riang bersemangat, sehingga anak-anakpun senang mengikuti iramanya dan bergerak dengan semangat, meskipun selama pandemi, senam tersebut jarang diajarkan. Peringatan Hari Olah Raga Nasional inipun diramaikan dengan twibbon foto yang dikirim oleh anak-anak dan guru/karyawan. Foto-fotonya Nampak lucu dan tergambar sukacita. Mari sahabat kita tingkatkan Olah Raga kita dengan kegiatan – kegiatan yang membuat badan kita sehat dan bugar. Seperti pepatah “Dalam tubuh yang sehat, maka jiwa kita pun sehat”.
